Cedar Siding Rejuvenation

This project consisted of replacement of damaged cedar siding

Challenges

To determine condition of cedar siding and replacing only what was required to maintain the client's budget. Daily work sheets and photos were made available online for council and managers to follow the budget daily.

Highlights

It was a pleasure working with this strata council and property managers. Rockport's Cost Plus system gave the council confidence and trust that they were only getting billed for the work that was done.

Outcome

75% of the existing cedar siding was saved.
